He helped us plan out our wine menu and suggested pairings to take our appetizer menu to the next level? Martin is so good at finding the best tasting wines that are unique. We call him at all hours with questions like : What wine do we pair with butter chicken? What's an amazing red wine at a reasonable price point? What should we pair with fish? What menu should we serve with our French White wine feature? And Martin's picks always are a hit!

And as promised- here are the recipes for the amazing drinks Martin taught us:
The Yummiest Single-Serve Sangria
Elderflower liqueur or St. Germain - 0.5 oz
White Pelee Island Lola Brand Gewurtzraminer to take it to another level- 4 oz.
Simple syrup - 1 oz.
Orange bitters - couple pumps
Triple Sec - .5 oz
Strawberry - sliced, as much as you desire
Lime - sliced
Orange - sliced
Blueberries - drop a couple of ‘em in
To get to the sipping stage: Combine ingredients over ice and stir. Serve immediately.
Electric Blue Lemonade (single-serve)
1 lemon - squeezed
Simple syrup - 1.5 oz.
Vanila - a couple dashes
Blue food-safe colouring - a couple of drops
Add a shot of vodka to make this an adult-drink!
To get to the sipping stage: Shake on ice and strain over fresh ice
